The threat responders train for isn’t always the one they carry home.

Chronic stress and unresolved trauma weigh on more first responders than most people realize. Too many are lost to suicide, and behind every loss is a family, a crew, and a community. It doesn’t have to happen. Our program builds resilience before a crisis and stands with first responders after a critical incident.

Responder wellness is responder safety.

We build resilience and mental fitness before the crisis. After a critical incident, we help restore the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. We stand behind first responders so they can serve at full strength and thrive in every part of their lives.

Calm is a tactical advantage.

First Responders who train the mind as well as the body respond instead of reacting, make sound decisions when it matters most, and are fully present at home, helping build stronger relationships and deeper trust with the communities they serve.

Strong first responders need strong families, and both deserve support.

We offer programs for first responders and their families, because the job affects everyone at home. First responders learn to decompress after a shift and come home whole, while families gain tools of their own to fortify the household. That strength ripples out to the crew, the department, and the community, and helps attract the recruits every department needs.

How Our Program Works

The cornerstone of our program is SKY Breath Meditation, an evidence-based breathing practice that helps first responders calm the body, clear the mind, and recover from the stress of the job. Studies show it lowers cortisol (a stress hormone), lowers blood pressure, and helps regulate emotions.

  • Practical, skills-based training.Learn the tools once, use them anytime, anywhere.
  • Participants report better sleep, less anxiety, and greater energy, focus and calm. Randomized controlled trials from Stanford and the VA show SKY reduces PTSD symptoms in U.S. military veterans.
