How Our Program Works<\/h2>\n

The cornerstone of our program is SKY Breath Meditation, a research-backed breathing practice that helps first responders calm the body, clear the mind, and recover from the stress of the job. Learn the tools once, use them anytime, anywhere. Participants report better sleep, less anxiety, and greater focus and calm. Peer-reviewed studies show SKY reduces post-traumatic stress symptoms in U.S. military veterans.<\/p>\n
